Welcome to National Careers Week 2022 - a celebration of careers guidance in education.
This week provides a focus for careers guidance and supports young people as they leave education.
Our Life Ready Work Ready programme, part of our Job Box service, helps young people prepare for their adult working lives and brings employers, schools and colleges together to equip young people for employment opportunities in the borough.
If you are older – our Job Box service can help people of all ages with their career planning and support them with their next steps such as CV writing, job applications, communication skills and more.This week, we’re offering a series of drop-in sessions and resources to support your career journey so take a look at these activities below.

During National Careers Week, we’re hosting a series of drop in Job Junction sessions at venues across the borough where you can get support with career planning and support with your next steps.

The ladder for Shropshire is a one-stop shop to offer impartial advice and support to encourage employers to offer apprenticeships, traineeships and kickstart opportunities.
